28-27-5High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Grease interceptor/trap overflowing onto floor/ground. Observed grease buildup around used grease receptacle pad as well as into adjacent business parking lot. Manager stated grease receptacle is believed to have a leak on the bottom. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2023-08-24: Grease has been cleaned up with oil-absorbant/sand cleaning material. Oil obsorbant material has been placed around pad. No grease observed leaking from grease trap. Manager stated Grease trap is due to be replaced the following day. **Admin Complaint**
