Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly: – dish machine testing to 0ppm. Shift manager had employee change out solution, prime the dish machine, run 2 cycles. Retested to 50ppm. **Corrected On-Site**
