Waffle batter temping at 74F at 9:13 am made at 6 am. Cooler in kitchen area not working at time of inspection. Liquid eggs 59F, milk 58F, sausage 60F. Stop sale **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2023-09-12: Liquid eggs on bottom shelf temping at 58F. Operator discarding 34 bags at time of inspection. Recommended to operator better way to set up reach in to maximize air flow to help with cooling of TCS foods. **Admin Complaint**
