Observed cook drop scoop for hush puppy mix on the floor, picked up the scoop from the floor and rinsed the scoop in prep sink with plain water. Scoop was put back into hush puppy mix and returned to storage in reach in cooler. No glove change or hand wash was done. See stop sale. Observed cook breading raw shrimp, placed in fryer basket, then handled clean utensils without changing gloves or washing hands.

Menu has advertised "Stuffed Grouper", "Grouper Nuggets", "Somthin' N' Grits"(with option for Grouper) and "Just Caught Sandwich"(with option for Grouper). Manager states no grouper is available in the restaurant at this time. Manager states basa is being used for grouper. Inspection of supply in walk in cooler and walk in freezer confirmed no grouper available. Pan of fish in walk in cooler was labeled as "basa". During inspection, a case of frozen grouper was brought to the establishment from another location. Contents of case and case labeling indicate it is grouper that was brought from another location. **Corrective Action Taken** **Admin Complaint**
