Package of opened raw bacon on top of freezer containing apple pies, bacon is currently being cooked on grill. Manager moved bacon. **Corrected On-Site**
03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cheesecake filling 47F in reach in cooler on front line. Manager stated filling has not been in unit too long and temperatures were checked within the hour. Manager placed filling in an ice bath. **Corrective Action Taken**
