Reach-in cooler next to hand wash sink in back kitchen unable to maintain temperature of 41F and below. Ambient temperature of reach-in cooler 48F. Observed no air flowing from fan and torn gaskets on both doors of cooler. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2023-09-27: At callback no change. Ambient temperature 46F on reach-in cooler next to hand wash sink.observed torn gasket on door and fan on left of cooler not blowing much air. The air that is blowing is cool not cold. **Admin Complaint**
