Door to cook line back kitchen near handwash sink, 15 observed. At far front of cook line 16 observed. In men's bathroom 10 observed. In women's restroom 3 observed. By jukebox and on wall at entrance to dining room, 15 observed. Also in back dry store room bread rack, observed 5 small flying insects on bread buns inside bag.
