Basic – Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. In dish area, on clean drying shelf, old queso stuck to pan. Operator placed in dishwasher to clean. **Corrected On-Site**

Basic – Plumbing fixture not easily cleanable. At bar, triple sink faucet is corroded and no longer easily cleanable.

Basic – Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. On cook line, small flip top cooler with wing sauces, interior of flip top lid is soiled with food debris. Also on cook line, gaskets on both sandwich Reach in cooler are soiled.

Basic – Utensils in poor condition. In reach in cooler at kitchen pass through window, container of banana pudding has a cracked lid. Operator removed and replaced with new lid.
