Discussed with operator the material that was submitted to our office does not give clear info about being food safe storage wiping cloth. Operator started to remove cloths from the misc foods during this inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**

14-09-4Basic – Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Green cutting board on cook line and beige cutting board on clean storage shelf in prep area grooved with cut marks, no longer cleanable.
