Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Hand wash sinks removed at wait station. Employee rest room changed to storage room. Dish Machine removed and prep area placed there. Hand wash sink added at that location. Prep table add by that Hand wash sink. Hand wash sink moved from rear of kitchen by rear entrance and moved to next to Three compartment sink. Chips/salsa stations added at wait station. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2023-12-08: At callback : per owner, and confirmed by district office, plans were taken to D5 office instead of mailing them to Tallahassee. Call Tallahassee to see if they have received the updated plans, but was not able to verify plans have been received. Time extended to have plans processed. **Time Extended**
