High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. In storage room in the back of the building, primarily used for artist storage (food service is inside of an art gallery), 10-12 droppings on the shelving and floor in the back area where extra unused plates are stored. No other storage for food service in this area. Storage area is completely closed off with self closing and completely sealed doors from prep room and main kitchen area.
