Observed 4 rodent droppings on the under the equipment under the dish machine. Observed 19 rodent droppings under the three compartment sink. Observed 8 rodent droppings by the water heater and oven on the floor. Observed 1 rodent droppings on the water heater. Observed 8 rodent droppings on the floor in the corner of the prep table and walk in cooler. Operator began cleaning, sweeping and removing all observed droppings. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2023-11-14: At time of follow up inspection, 3 rodent droppings observed under the three compartment sink and 1 rodent droppings observed on fly trap under the dish machine.
