03A-02-5High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In reach-in cooler next to ordering window, coleslaw (45,46F – Cold Holding); potato salad (47F – Cold Holding); homemade mayo sauce (47-50F – Cold Holding) Operator stated items had been in reach-in cooler for 2 hrs and they had been in and out of cooler during lunch rush. Operator turned cooler down and placed coleslaw, potato salad, mayo sauce in walk-in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2023-11-15: Reach-in cooler next to ordering window reading 45F ambient temperature. Employee stated a repairman was scheduled for later in the day to work on cooler. No time/temperature controlled for safety in cooler at time of inspection. **Time Extended**
