Observed a total of 30 small flying insects in establishment. – 3 small flying insects underneath three compartment sink in bar area. – 20 small flying insects in bar area near beer tap. – 3 small flying insects to the left of the ice bin the bar area towards the pool tables. – 2 small flying insects near soda machine in wait station area off of the warewashing area.
