Observed while draining the dish machine waste water leaks unto the ground. When the dish machine is running and in use the machine does not leak. Operator stated they drain the machine every 4 hours. Discussed with management to clean up the waste water and put a hotel pan Unser the machine to catch running water. Manager removed waste water and placed hotel pan under machine to catch water educated manager. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-01-18: Observed raw sewage draining from dish machine when the machine was draining. management put in a work order during time of call back and maintenance will be there as soon as possible. **Admin Complaint**
