Upright cooler: Ham butter cheese Bacon eggs Yogurt Kale lettuce Spring mix all items 54F-61F less than. 4 hours per operator. Ambient temp of cooler is 61F **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-01-19: Cooler is in process of being fixed. Operator had frozen food and eggsand cut greens recently put in cooler. Advised to operater to items unituntil cooler is completely fixed or put on ice. Operator started to remove food at time of callback **Time Extended** **Corrective Action Taken**
