Observed a total of 30 small flying insects in establishment. – 3 small flying insects underneath three compartment sink in bar area. – 20 small flying insects in bar area near beer tap. – 3 small flying insects to the left of the ice bin the bar area towards the pool tables. – 2 small flying insects near soda machine in wait station area off of the warewashing area. Operator sprayed, cleaned, and sanitized area. **Admin Complaint** **Corrective Action Taken** – From follow-up inspection 2024-01-26: – 50 small flying insects behind the bar underneath ice bins, near trash cans, handwash sink, and near beer tap. – 2 small flying insects in kitchen underneath three compartment sink area near floor. Inspector did not observe small flying insects landing on food contact surfaces.
