Observed 34 live flies in establishment: 27 in back kitchen area around triple sink and dry food storage with some flies landing on clean equipment and greased pans where dough is being prepared (pans removed to be washed and dough discarded), three near main cook line in kitchen, and four in front counter area/dining room. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-03-11: Four live flying insects observed.
