Observed employee used her personal cellphone, then placed on gloves to handled cut vegetables at sautéed station. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-03-15: Observed employee touched soiled wet wiping cloths, fixed hair protection, then replaced gloves and engaged to cook food without wash hands.
