Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine 0PPM. Manager primed machine, still 0PPM. Inspector instructed manager to set up three-compartment sink and resanitize all dishes washed today. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-04-12: Dish machine 0PPM. Manager primed machine and ran it through four cycles, still 0PPM. Inspector instructed manager to discontinue the use of dish machine for sanitizing and use the three-compartment sink to sanitize dishes until the dish machine is repaired. **Admin Complaint**
