Observed at cook station make table; cream cheese 45F cold holding, butter 44F cold holding. Both items were stacked high above the cold holding line of the make table. Employee stated items had been put into make table 2 hours prior. Operator removed items to Walk-in cooler **Corrective Action Taken**

Observed handles of utensils used from cherries and candy and ice cream station make table had falling into the food items. Operator corrected utensils. **Corrected On-Site**
