Employee removed stock pot of potato's from under hot well placed it in the 3 compartment sink, and filled it with water, attempting to kill the live roaches.. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-05-01: 3 live roaches in hot water heater room 1 live roach on paper towel roll in kitchen. **Time Extended**
