Basic – Dead roaches on premises as evidenced by the observation 21 dead roaches in the following locations: 4 dead on the main counter that that separates the dining room from the kitchen (not the very top but the part under the top); 1 dead on floor behind white two door refrigerator/freezer; 1 dead on shelf under the rice cooker; 1 dead inside the make-line refrigerator; 3 dead on shelf in back storage room; 1 dead on shelf in dish wash area; 1 dead inside left three compartment sink; 1 dead inside colander in left sink; 1 dead inside middle sink; 1 dead on floor under right drain board of three compartment sink; 1 dead on floor under vegetable can rack; 4 dead inside cabinet in dining room; 1 dead on floor behind beverage cooler in dining room.
