High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Approximately 10 small flying insects on top of Atosta freezer at end of cookline. Approximately 10 small flying insects on wood shelving in dry storage. Approximately 2 small flying insects on wall by back kitchen door. Did not observe any insects land on any food, utensils or food contact surfaces. Operator immediately exterminated and removed flying insects. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-06-05: Approximately 6 small flying insects wood shelving in dry storage area Approximately 3 small flying insects on shelving in dish area. Approximately 5 small flying insects on shelving in bar area. Approximately 2 small flying insects on walls in dine in area.
