Observed establishment using HDX Germicidal Bleach which does not indicate on the manufacturers label that it is approved for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Label specifically states that the product is sanitization of hard, non-porous non-food contact surfaces. Operator contacted manager to bring correct sanitizer.
