Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. New plans on file do not match establishments layout. Ice machine has been removed from kitchen. Mop sink and handwash sink are swapped on plans. Walk in cooler is not on plans. Freezer and refrigerator unit is now storage for dry goods. There is a prep area that extends beyond the stove. Buffet has been removed. Refrigerator and freezer is located along wall where "future walk in cooler" is located on plans. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-08-21: Spoke with Cindy in Plan Review. A remodel application was sent from the operator on 6/20/2024 but there are no plans attached. The application was then cancelled on 6/21/2024.
