High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 1 small flying insects flying in front of dishmachine and 2 small flying insects off expo line near wait station area. Did not observe the flies landing on any surfaces. Operator contacted pest control company. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-06-27: Observed 1 small flying insect flying on ground near dishmachine. Operator returned to area to locate fly to eliminate and inspector and operator could not locate. **Admin Complaint**
