Items stored above the fill line. Person in charge removed access and placed in walk in freezer to rapidly chill. Some items at 43F at end of inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
41-10-4High Priority – Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed two cans of chemicals stored over bag in box soda. Person in charge moved to appropriate location. **Corrected On-Site**
29-42-4High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Missing vacuum breaker in non chemical side of splitter with yellow hose attached.
