Employee placed in ice bath Observed at sauté station at 2:05pm cream mushroom(62F – Cold Holding); Marsala cream (58F – Cold Holding); Alfredo sauce (63F – Cold Holding) in over fill pans in ice bath . Sauces removed from walk in cooler and placed into ice bath. Employee removed some sauces from pans so sauce now sits in ice bath.
