03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside reach-in cooler near window: whipped topping (54F – Cold Holding). Employee stated it was left on the counter for approximately 45 minutes. Inspector had manager place the whipped topping in a freezer to rapidly cool to 41F.
