Observed an employee at drive through handling money from customer change gloves, no handwash step. Spoke with operator regarding proper handwashing, operator explained to employees. Employee properly washed hands, observed proper handwashing for remainder of inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
29-42-4High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Two way splitter added missing one vacuum breaker on side not connected to chemicals. Also at front counter drink prep sink, 2 way splitter added, missing one vacuum breaker on side not connected to rinser. Showed picture of vacuum breaker to operator and explained proper use. **Repeat Violation**
