35A-02-6High Priority – Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 4 live flies in the bar area. Manager stated that he had pest control come out on Wednesday but will contact them again. **Repeat Violation**

31A-11-4Intermediate – Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed ice and used straws in the hand washing sink in the bar area. Explained to manager that handwashing sinks are to be used to wash hands only.
