Operator stated it had been in service one hour. Product was removed and relocated to the walk-in cooler for rapid chill. cavatappi – cooked (48F Raw chicken in the breading table at improper temperature. Operator stated it had been in service for 2 1/2 hours. Product removed to walk-in cooler for rapid chill. **Corrective Action Taken**
