High Priority – Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. – 10 small flying insects on mop head in mop sink area. Operator changed mop heads. – 20 small flying insects under soda station in lobby underneath cabinet areas near drains and soda lines not landing on food contact surfaces or single service items. Operator started to have employee remove single service items to behind the counter and having employee clean and sanitize area. High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Black Beans (125F – Hot Holding) in steam table at 5:50 PM and in the steam table for 10 minutes. Operator placed on stove to reheat item. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning**
