36-68-5Basic – Hood ventilation system inadequate as evidenced by grease accumulation on walls/ceiling. Observed grease build up on hood walls, Abdul system pipes and wall behind the fryers. Also the paint was peeling the hood walls over the food cooking and preparation areas.
