03B-01-6High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed: chili in the hot well at 84°. The hot well was on a low setting, this was increased. The chili is reheating to 165° in the microwave. **Corrective Action Taken**
