Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed server touch food on ready to eat sandwich with bare hands. Cook threw sandwich away and made another one.

31A-11-4Intermediate – Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand wash sink at bar used as dump sink and hand wash sink in prep area had bag of Alfredo sauce in it. Manager removed Alfredo sauce and spoke with bartender. **Corrective Action Taken**
