Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. The dish machine's chlorine sanitizer was initially testing at 0 PPM. The machine was run multiple times, and the chemical bottle was replaced with a new one. After the employee primed the chemical dispenser to release more sanitizer, the chemical is now testing at 50 PPM. **Corrected On-Site**
