08A-02-6High Priority – Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer – not all products commercially packaged. 1) In Frigidaire reach in freezer by dry storage closet, containers of individually portioned raw pork chops and raw breaded steaks and chicken on shelf above commercially prepared empanadas and breads. Manager rearranged items to properly separate. 2) In Sir Lawrence reach in freezer, containers of raw portioned chicken and pork above individually portioned bags of soups and cooked chicken. Manager began rearranging freezer to properly separate all foods. **Corrective Action Taken**
