03B-01-6High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In the steam table next to the hand sink, meatballs (97-120F – Hot Holding); chili (113F – Hot Holding). The operator stated that the items had already been heated in the microwave and were hot holding waiting to be used. The items were removed to be reheated to 165F to hot hold. **Corrective Action Taken**
