Reach in cooler next to fryers cubed steak (53F – Cold Holding); buttermilk (53F – Cold Holding); raw chicken (48F – Cold Holding) operator states items were placed in cooler at 11am, temperatures were taken and all food was below 41F. Operator moved items to freezer to rapidly cool. Recheck- cubed steak 43F ; buttermilk 47F; raw chicken 35F **Corrective Action Taken**
