Observed operator volunteerly removing items and storing in stand up reach in cooler. **Corrected On-Site**

36-32-5Basic – Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed by camera screen hanging from ceiling (going from back room to front counter) a brown stain with crack and water slow dripping. Water dripped on iPad screen during two different times.
14-11-5Basic – Equipment in poor repair. Observed torn gasket on stand up freezer in back room across from three compartment sink.
