Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 0ppm chlorine. Operator states dishmachine was ran throughout the day and a test strip was not used to make sure the sanitizer was at proper ppm.
