03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed sliced cheese (49F – Cold Holding). Per operator, item has been out of temperature for approximately 2 hours. Cooler door was not adequately closed resulting in item falling out of temperature. Door closed properly and freezer door left open to allow rapid cool. **Corrective Action Taken**

21-12-4Basic – Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed at prep table across from fryer. PIC removed and stored appropriately.
