Observed on the front left and right side make tables for the service line respectively: Sliced tomatoes (46F – Cold Holding); Chopped chicken (47F – Cold Holding). Operator stated they had been out for approximately 2hr. Operator stated they had been open too long for lunch rush and closed the make tables. **Corrective Action Taken**
29-34-4High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed 2 missing vacuum breakers on the mop sink splitter.
