Operator rearranged hose in sanitizer bucket and primed machine and reran a couple of cycles but unable to get machine to sanitize properly. Operator stated cooler was working fine when he arrived this morning. Observed door bounce open when door gets closed. Operator removed TCS foods from reach-in cooler and placed in nearby cooler. Also, cut lettuce (46F-48F – Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler drawer near juice machine on cook line. Observed gasket not sealing on bottom drawer unable to allow drawer to fully close. Operator removed cut lettuce from both drawers to nearby cooler to chill. Also, egg whites (52F – Cold Holding) in bar area across from steam table. Operator stated equipment has been called to have serviced and products were iced. Discussed with operator that only the bottom of the carton of eggs were touching the ice. Employee removed cartons of egg whites and placed in nearby cooler to chill. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning**
