High Priority – Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed in main kitchen area employee cracked raw Shell eggs,grabbed a clean serving plate with both hands and failed to remove gloves,wash hands and put on clean gloves. Educated employee on glove use and hand washing. Employee placed plate in dishwasher area,removed soiled gloves,washed hands and put on clean gloves.
