Observed one live roach in drawer under cookline. Observed 3 live roaches on pipes under dish machine. Observed one live roach in cabinet in kitchen. Observed 3 live roaches in front bar area. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2024-07-08: Observed one live roaches behind fire extinguisher by back door to kitchen. Approximately 10 dead at main bar area. Approximately 6 dead roaches at secondary bar area. Approximately 2 dead roaches in liquor room by secondary bar. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2024-07-03: Observed 8 dead roaches on floor under pizza oven and back door. Observed 1 dead in grease under pizza oven. One dead on floor by oven at cookline. 4 dead on floor near mop sink area. 3 dead in refrigerator cage on cookline. 4 dead on floor in bar area. 3 dead on floor in liquor room. Also, observed 3 egg sacs on floor, 2 near pizza oven, one in front bar. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2024-07-08: Observed 2 dead roaches at walk in cooler door. Observed 2 dead roaches in liquor storage room. **Time Extended**
