Observed 3 flies over the cook line area, operator has swatted and is attempting to keep lids closed. Observed 2 flies at the front service counter area. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-07-10: At time of follow up inspection, 1 fly observed and killed by the office area. 3 flies observed on the kitchen cook line by where dough is formed, operator attempted to kill the flies. 1 fly observed on the center prep table where pizza is placed in boxes. 1 fly observed on pizza sauce boxes by the hand wash sink for the main cook line.
