Observed 4 flies in the open dish pit area. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-07-10: At time of follow up inspection 4 flies observed in open dish pit area, employee attempted swatting and removing flies from the dish area. Observed 1 fly in the prep room area, operator was able to kill and remove the fly from inside the prep room. **Admin Complaint**
